The Company's Founder and Managing Director, Dana Flynn-Rea,    is an accomplished HR leader skilled in implementing innovative people programs on a global basis.  With over 20 years of experience, Dana has led world-wide projects in every phase of both the organizational and employee lifecycle.  Her particular expertise lies in the set-up of Human Resources functions, policy and procedure creation, legal compliance, merger and acquisition integration, cultural assessment and change, organizational development, systems implementation, employee relations, leadership and employee development, talent management and employee communication programs.  In addition to her consulting work, Dana currently serves as Vice President for an Engineering Services firm.  Prior to her current engagement, she held a senior role with a fortune 20 corporation.  Dana holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from San Diego State University.


Alison Kelso    is an experienced HR professional possessing a wealth of practical experience in developing, executing and maintaining employee policies, procedures and benefit plans.  With more than 10 years of diversified Human Resources experience, Alison has managed a wide range of personnel development, benefits and compliance projects in the high tech, healthcare, home improvement and wine industries.  Her particular expertise lies in strategic planning, design, implementation, and administration of policies, procedures, compensation programs; employee development and recognition; employee communications; legal compliance; and risk avoidance.  She joins HRBPI after holding the position of Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for a natural stone design and fabrication firm.  Alison holds a B.A. from California Lutheran University.


Debbie Pinney     is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries.  While she is well versed in compliance, employment, policy development and implementation, employment law and employee development, her specialty is employee relations.  She has a proven record of management coaching whether in person or remotely via phone and email.    She has a demonstrated track record of assisting employees and managers in reaching solutions surrounding performance issues, disciplinary actions, sexual harassment investigations and terminations.  She is a strong generalist with recent experience in startup organizations, most recently as Director, HR.  She holds a B.A. in management from Redlands University and a Certificate in HR Management from UCI.  Debbie is based in Seattle, Washington.


Tim Bair     is a talented Human Resources expert with over 20 years of experience.  Tim has held leadership positions in small, medium and large companies domestic and international. He’s operated in positions in both generalist and Centers of Expertise; such as Staffing, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.  Tim has received numerous awards and accolades for his ability to make HR a business partner, as well as for program design and implementation.  Tim’s experience lies in both domestic and international settings.   Most recently Tim has been serving as President and General Manager of a small company.  Tim holds his SPHR, Human Capital Strategist Designation, a B.A. in Business Management, as well as an M.B.A in Human Resources.
